I play blues, alternative rock, and folk rock. Primarily, I'm a singer and guitarist. I prefer electric guitar with a few acoustic tunes worked in, and I frequently have a harmonica around my neck. I love Memphis, Delta and Chicago blues- not so much modern Texas blues. I love classic blues rock and alternative rock. Although my true love is writing originals and recording, my hope is to put together a fantastic 2 to 4 person band to gig in the Charleston area at restaurants and bars 2 to 5 nights a week. I think a focus on blues could be the ticket. I'm eager to sing lead, play guitar, and get people stompin' along to blues like they've rarely seen before! And make a decent living doing it, and garnering a following along the way. I'm serious about dressing the part in order to create a consistent "brand" and a feeling that people can latch on to. Vintage-themed, naturally: early to mid-20th century.
