Former Metal God who now goes to sea as a Merchant Marine Engineer 6 months a year to pay the bills. I work about 2 months on/ 2 months off, and am just looking for guys to jam with, maybe gig a little, but nothing permenant, unless it pays more than $150k a year.
I'm really just looking for COMPETENT like-minded musicians who realize that they're NOT going to "Make It Big" now that we're in our forties+. I have a REAL "Career", and want to make some noise on the SIDE, preferably playing Bass.
I have Pro-Quality gear that i've accumulated over the last 30+ years, and have VERY adequet Chops as a bassist.
I played extensively all over the greater Seattle area from the early 80's to the early 90's, but when I saw the direction the music scene was going, (Nirvana) in the early 90's, I went fishing in Alaska, and made a career of it.
