My name is KJ and I am a guitar and bassist with over 10 years of experience.
Pretty much just trying to find other prog musicians to make something interesting. Kinda tired of playing Guns N Roses covers with people lol.
Few things I'm looking for:
Proficiency with polyrhythms and odd meter.
Preferably able to hybrid pick
Preferably be able to at least learn selective picking
If you're a Lil' Malmsteen Jr, that's not required, but definitely a bonus.
I play an 8 string guitar in a similar fashion to Animals as Leaders, but I am more than willing to use a 6 string for whatever ends up calling for it.
I am classically trained on bass, but ironically, no longer own a bass.
