Hey everyone! I basically got on here to network with bands. I'm in school to become a audio engineer and I need to make connections. I graduate in 7 months and have already been working with engineers and musicians on the side. I have been involved with the Madison Wisconsin local music industry for 16 years. I've met so many bands and people throughout the years but never stayed in contact with most of them. Before it was just me supporting the bands with my funds and being present at their shows, but now I want to work with them. I want to expand my networking as well. I mostly want to do live sound at shows for any genre but I will do recording as well. I also have connections with club owners and promoters to get shows into Madison. It's a small city but awesome people to come support your band. Madison is a very diverse city. I do play guitar and have for many years but just for hobby. I love to sing and apparently people like my voice, even though I'm not too keen on it. I would love to meet more people and know your story. I would even do recording for free just to do the work to get practice. Not sure if this site will do me good but anything is worth a try. Even though I am new to working in the music industry, I'm one hell of a person to work with. I bring so much positive energy to anything and I just love meeting new people. This is my future so I hope some of you will help me with that and I will help you too!

Influences
I listen to every genre but Polka, so it's hard to decide. I guess I would have to say my favorite male vocalist is Otis Redding and my female is Ann Wilson. I have a top 5 favorite bands of all time but not in order. Led Zeppelin, The Guess Who, Sublime, The Beatles, and Crosby, Stills and Nash. Favorite song though is Patience by GNR. Just has been since I was 4. I love to play a lot of ballads on the guitar but nothing extreme. I do enjoy signing the blues/bluegrass. I sing a lot of Cherryholmes and Alison Krauss.
