I’m in a small 5 member band from NM. We jam 1-2 times a week and more before a gig. We usually play in small venues such as new business opening, luncheons or art galleries. I play timbales, bell, various clave and bell patterns and percussion instruments and sing songs from across the African diaspora. We are by no means professionals but I’m looking for other musicians to play with and learn from while visiting until January. I have visited this area for 3 months out of the year for the past 4 years and miss having people to play with.
