Hey I’m Maddi - I’m 18 y/o college student in the South Loop of Chicago. I have played lead guitar in bands for several years, currently in between bands and looking to join one or even start one up- preferably with people in the area who are around 17-23 (my age). While I prefer guitar, lead or rhythm, I also play bass.
I'm comfortable with playing hard rock, garage rock, prog, indie, grunge, blues, punk, etc. Hard rock and garage rock are what I typically listen to and have performed the most in the past, but I really love lots of different genres and am flexible.
I am also a solo artist- the music I've written has a similar vibe as Palehound/Julien Baker/Wolf Alice. I would love to form a band to play original songs with.
