I am currently a singer in a rock cover band in the Grand Rapids area. Along with our male singer, I switch off singing lead or backup harmonies as well as fill in on backup guitar and/or keys as needed per song. In my earlier life I studied piano for a number of years and feel my music theory on the instruments I play is moderate (if I know the chord progression I can improv on chords, but need some advance notice for solo lines, etc.)

Influences
Favorite music genre to listen to is Americana, but have been enjoying the heavier and classic rock lately, as that is what my current band is particularly good at :). One of my favorite things is vocal harmony, so any rock group that has vocal harmonies I love.
