ABOUT

I'm looking to join a band or put one together with like minded people. I've been playing blues for many years but I really have a strong desire to let my redneck side come out and play some old school country. Not that new pop crap you hear on the radio. I'd really like to find a like minded country lead player to jam with for a bit. I excel at the blues lead playing but I've never quite mastered that country sound.

The questions down below say unspecified so I'd like to answer them here. I got really demotivated after trying so many times to put a band together only to have it fall apart before it really got going. So I set my axe down for a while this means I'm a little rusty but it won't take me long to get back into shape. For some reason the video channel started spitting out all these old school country tunes that I love to me and the desire to play came back again.

I tend to practice a lot when I'm motivated. A new group with semi serious people would do that for me.

How many nights a week can you gig? With the right group I could make myself available a couple nights a week.

I am most available: at the moment evenings. I work a day job.
