Female soprano solo artist (early 30's) looking for a female keyboardist who also has an excellent ear for back-up vocals, sight-reading and playing off of lead sheets. This keyboard player must have at least some familiarty with the genre of classical crossover as well as soft contemporary pop.Singer performs styles such as Loreena McKennitt, Sarah Brightman, Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Blackmore's Night, Kansas, Styx (to name a few) and a couple of originals; interested in adding some Cranberries, Ingrid Michaelson and October Project to the mix. Singer has bassist and percussionist/drummer that she works with also. The keyboardist being sought will also be expected to work as just a duo with the singer at times. Singer is looking to find gigs suited to this style of music, primarily in North Jersey, but is flexible if gigs can be found outside of the area. Only committed, driven musicians please.
