I am 38 years old and have been playing the piano since age 2, started lessons at age 5 and began writing music at age 5. I studied piano, saxophone, flute and voice all the way through college where I majored and got my degree in piano at West Virginia University. I also play the steel drums and a little rhythm guitar. I've played in a few jam bands throughout college and gigged throughout my college town, and all up and down the east coast with the jazz/funk band "Kind Insight". In another jam band "Waterside Session" I've played all over the college town and recorded the album "The Bubble Effect" in the studio. Most of my original music tends to be in the Pop/R&B ballad style. I love playing all kinds of music from country, pop, R&B, rock, jazz, blues, reggae, improvisational, and the list goes on.
