I am an older player (72) who came back to playing bass after an almost 50 year layoff. I am looking for similar minded blues or rock players who want to jam, rehearse and prepare for occasional gigging in the Portland area. Not trying to make a living or become a successful touring musician. I have a professional attitude, and constantly strive to be better and increase my knowledge of music theory. Not interested in drug and alcohol-fueled rehearsals or gigs. I play some guitar as well as bass.
