I'd prefer to work with other queer folk or at least VERY LGBTQ-allied. Pronouns are IMPORTANT and the last band I was in didn't think they were important at all. Kept calling me "he," "him" and "sir." They talked a nice line but the bottom line was that I was a hired gun and never a full member. You wanna play with me, you call me Miss or ma'am or Michelle and don't ever think for a moment that I'm just a dude in a dress. I got the paperwork and the ID to disprove that.
I don't look my age and I sure as hell don't move like it onstage. I'm very kinetic and if you don't like it, you can kiss my trans ass.

EQUIPMENT
Bass: 2020 Squier Contemporary J-Bass (active E) 1977 Rickenbacker 4001S (heavily modded). Ampeg BA115, Acoustic B300HD. Slant cab w/JBL 2220A, Acoustic Control 2X15 cab for the bigger venues.
Guitar: 1987 Fender Strat (first year Japanese issue) with Fender Tex-Mex p/u's. 2013 Epiphone Les Paul Special II. (Currently tuned in open E for slide)
Acoustic guitar: 1987 Guild J-40 series. In-hole p/u.
Pedals: Zoom B1-4, bass FX pedal, 10 guitar FX on a double-decker Holeyboard which can be used for both guitar and bass. I rarely use pedals on the Rick, preferring a clean and straight-through sound. List available on request.
Keys: EMu Proteus 6, Yamaha AN-1X, DX100, Roland VS-1 synth module.
Sound: Mackie 1202 mixer, Samson 15-band stereo EQ, Peavey 200 monitor amp, various monitor cabs, mics, stands, cables, adaptors.
