Bassist/Vocalist, 38 yrs old.
Since 2001, I have performed with (and managed) Amethyst "NJ's #1 80s Cover Band". Amethyst has performed at Seton Hall University, Rowan University, Princeton University, Rutgers University, Fordham University, the University of Rochester, the Monmouth County Fair, the Union County Summer Arts Festival at Echo Lake Park, the Seaside Heights Summer Concert Series, plus numerous private parties, weddings, corporate functions, and benefits, and of course countless bars/clubs/restaurants.
Also perform in sideman role with NJ-based children's singer/songwriter "Mr Ray", aka Ray Andersen formerly of Meat Loaf's touring band. In 2008, the Mr Ray Band will perform at World Cafe Live in Philadelphia, MusikFest in Bethlehem PA, and the Austin Kiddie Limits festival in Austin TX.
Available for (paid) fill ins or studio work. Not looking for another steady gigging commitment at this time.
