ABOUT

D-E-i (pronounced "Dee") stands for "driven every inch". This sums up how this artist approaches his music and life alike. His lyrics are meant to "edutain" (entertain and educate at the same time...I believe KRS coined the term). His persona embodies that of intellect and creativity all while staying true to the message. By combining witty hooks, original wordplay/songwriting, and crafty instrumentation DEi has put his own stamp on hip hop. And his passion can be felt on every song. Following in the footsteps of those who laid down the blueprint before him, DEi stays true to his craft by expressing his views on a wide variety of subjects including politics, personal struggles, and societal ills of the day. Stay posted for his debut mixtape/album titled, "Tune N2 My Frequency" due SUMMER 2010!!!
