I have always wanted to be a guitar player since I heard my first Chicago song. I've always loved to sing as well but I won't gauge my "skill" level, for I admittedly have trouble singing confidently in front of others. I pushed myself to learn guitar when I was 16 years old and after learning the basics I took lessons in music theory for a couple of years. It has been a while since I have written music but I do write lyrics from time to time and play/practice my guitar (electric and acoustic).
