As far as ability goes, here are some covers that I have sung in recent bands and that can tell you something about my range: Maiden's "Number of the Beast" and "Wrathchild," Skid Row's "Piece of Me" and "Youth Gone Wild," GnR's "Mr.Brownstone" and "Think About You," Mötley Crüe's "Wild Side," Queensrÿche's "Silent Lucidity."

- NO nu-metal. NO emo! Also, I'm not interested in party bands a la Poison or Warrant, sorry.

- I write songs and play both guitar and bass pretty well (i.e. I'm no Slash, but I can play the solo to Master of Puppets), but am not looking to play these instruments in a band.

- Please, only serious bands. If you're just doing covers or are playing just for fun, that's cool, but I'm not interested. Also, if you'd be willing to play music that sucks in order to make money, you're not my gig.

- I'm looking for musicians that rip it up both in songwriting and on stage. I don't care if you're white, black, blue, or whatever.
