Guitar player for over 20 years, vocalist for a few. I'm disabled, back problems, so a heavy workload is not possible, but would like to play the occasional gig or 3. I can be/have been front man guitarist/vocalist, but would prefer to share vocals and solos. Tribute band or cover style band is fine, as long as a few originals are added in the mix. Im not hell bent on becoming a star, mostly looking to have fun, but if we become the worlds greatest band I guess I could live with it.. :) No ego cases, alcoholics, show offs, wanna be's please.. Looking to jam and have fun, not act like pretend superstars... About my levels.. Vocals: More of an alto singer, AIC and STP are bout as high as I go.. n I can reach down and belt em, ie Godsmack, Doors, etc. I also don't try to sound just like em either, gotta sing em the way I feel..
Guitar: Rythym - Can play pretty much anything on the electric (Metallica's 1st Album is my go to for exercise), Acoustic limits are probably Zep (Know most every song). I got no problem playing the 3 chord jam tunes, some are my favorites to jam (Kiss being a great example). Lead - I'm not Eddie Van Ego or Steve Vai, but I can hold my own.
I'm not a note for note player, including rythym.. I'm not a sound alike with vocals as well. I gotta play em like I feel em, whether its adding something or taking something away, less can be better, it's all how you groove em..

There's lots others new n old I'd like to learn n do, Mudvien, Bullet For My Valentine, Allman Bro's, Five Finger Death Punch, and even some good ole 80's hair bands, like Ratt, Cinderella, etc. just really have no need unless I get back in a band.
