Greetings,

A drummer since childhood, I’m comfortable with most genres alas rock-based music is much preferred; my two predominant influences are Neil Peart and Danny Carey. That said, lately the Indie genre has peaked interest and if you're a band of that nature, please feel free to inquire.

Ideally I would like to join a rock-based band with no preference of covers or originals; it’s just fun to fire the pistons if you know what I mean. If you’re of a different genre please feel free to contact me with the following caveat… no Christian bands.

With regard to bands, if it’s centered on an individual aka “The John Doe Band” then I have no problem following the individual’s direction. Otherwise I believe a “band” should be a democracy open to every band member’s opinions because it makes the group all the more collective which is ideal. In past experiences… there’s often some starry-eyed musician who’s typically the least talented of the bunch and tries to takeover; yeah I’m sure you’ve been there at some point. Alas if everyone’s cool, that works for me.

Finally I’m a web programmer with a flexible schedule as I telecommute from home 24/7.
