Hello, this description is almost 10 years old, and I think it is beyond needing to be updated. I am now 67 years old and I am still playing. I won't do the night gigin anymore. I am available to jam almost any time. I have sold my hugh 9 piece Pearl drums and play a Alesis 10x kit thru headphones since I now live in a condo in Milford. I sold my Marshall double stack bass amp("OH my aching back") Now play thru a 100 w Hartkie combo amp an thru the pa board where I usually jam. Still have my Washburn, Fender Jazz,bass, and I just ordered a Rickenbacker bass(My dream bass) I will play any kind of music as long as I am with the right group of guys to make it sound good. I have some vical ability, but my voice was damaged fr a breathing tube from some surgery a few years ago. The worst part about that is that I now have no falsetto at all. So I can sing some higher stuff, but I have to sing it real loud and back away from the mic. Any way I am an old fart that likes to play music
