We started Paid In full looking for a bassist and never had any luck. Ethier they have nice equip and are no good, or thier really good and have no equip. We are looking for someone dedicated,, reposnible and hard working. You must be able to write music as well. Playing on stage is the fun pay off but doing the leg work is really important. We love to play music you can bounce to but have melodic sounds within.
