We are a contemporary praise and worship band. Our goal is to lead worship weekly, host a coffeehouse monthly or more and lead worship performances in large group setting 2-3 times a year.
I am the senior pastor of a church, I have played rhythm/some lead, and Bass guitar for 30 years. I sing confidently and prefer to sing harmony. We are starting a contemporary service January 1, 2016. We have monthly events already and have options to play large venues; it will depend upon the band’s desire and abilities.
We are looking for lead guitarist, keyboardist, Bassist or Rhythm guitarist; I can switch between Bass and Rhythm. And vocalists are also needed. We will focus on contemporary Christian music. The coffeehouse environment will be more open to country and some rock.
