I love to play, plain and simple! When I'm not shedding classic chamber repertoire, I'm shredding with local jazz cats and jamming with the best young blues and rock players the Midwest has to offer. In my short time in the professional music circuit, I've had the opportunity to play with such names as Grammy award-winning bassist Christian McBride, Grammy award-winning vocalist Kurt Elling, former director of the United States Marine Band Michael Colburn, and Indianapolis jazz stars Dr. Matt Pivec and Kenny Phelps.
In addition to a decade of experience behind the kit and two years of tutelage under Yamaha-sponsored percussionist John Crabiel, I have six years of classical training in mallet and world percussion; Marimbas to maracas, timbales to tambourines and everything in between.
