ABOUT

I've been playing/jamming/gigging on and off since age 16. I play electric rhythm and lead, acoustic, flat pick, finger style, etc. I am currently involved in a couple of projects including fronting a Trio called "Three Buck Chuck." We have a very Blues-based repertoire with some early Rock and Rockabilly thrown in. I'm also playing lead guitar for an Everly Brothers tribute band called, "The Everlees" My heart is is the Blues and I feel it's what I'm best at but very interested in a diverse range of genres. I'm a family man with some grown kids and some still at home so not interested in touring but would jump at the chance to play locally (SoCal.) I have an ego because I'm human but am way more interested in learning from you than showing you how it's done. With some patience I can learn just about anything. I've played quite a few Blues Jams over the last couple of years which has expanded the number of musicians I know exponentially. Basically I love music, passionate about my instrument, and would like to connect with like-minded people in my age range or not. I've worked my way through Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, classic, ,etc. These days I'm playing Blues (SRV, Johnny Winter, Trower) and more Blues (Bonamassa, ZZ Top, BB King, and Albert King) in addition to anything vintage I can fit into the set list (Elvis, Eddie Cochran, Gene Vincent, Jimmie Dolan, or The Sufari's.)
