For other percussion, I mostly play marching percussion, specifically snare. I never learned drum set nor am I interested learning set. But I’ve been playing music for almost 9 years. Starting off with trumpet in junior high for 3 years, then learning/playing marching percussion all four years of high school. Freshman year on bass drum, sophomore-present on snare. I marched with an independent open class this 2019 indoor season with first year group, Catalyst Percussion, placing 3rd and going home as bronze medalists

Influences
Drum Corps International/DCI and Winter Guard International/WGI got me practicing me practicing more and getting dedicated to the marching percussion activity. Didn’t really have a person I looked up to
