Have been playing drums many many years. In college made money by playing bars on the weekends and teaching private lessons. Played a few festivals even. I went to Texas Tech to play in the Jazz band. My final 2 years out in Lubbock I was the "A" team drummer. I am Currently sporadically hired by different churches to play all over the DFW area, no permanent gig though, just filling in here and there by choice. Work full time & married with a 2 year old. Family is important but so is music. Need a situation to balance both easily. I teach school so summer times are wide open.

Influences
Jazz is my love, Rich, Roach, Cobham, Gadd, Igoe, but I also love some gospel funk and anything with lots of drums. I can play any genre. My roommate in college was in a death metal band. I don't like to pay that style but I can:)….I just love good music though.
Love some R&B gospel fills….I love anything with good drummers.
