I am a responsible person and keep my commitments. I hate being late and I usually set up an hour before a gig starts.
I play standards, jazz, rock, latin, etc. on the drum set.
I read charts - recently played "Damned Yankees" for a local theater group.

EQUIPMENT
I have two Gretsch Kits; one is a 1970 round badge kit with 16 x 20 bass,
9 x 13 mounted tom, 16 x 16 floor tom and a 5 1/2 x 14 snare in very good
condition and the second is a new Gretsch USA set with 18 x 22 bass drum,
11 x 13 mounted tom, 16 x 16 foor tom and a 6 1/2 x 14 snare. All my cymbals
are Zildjians (3 sets of Hi Hats 10", 14" and 15"; 2 20" rides, 2 18" medium
crash). All my hardware is new Drum Workshop gear (DW 9000 pedal, hi-hat,
and cymbal stands plus light weight low profile DW gear for the vintage set.
