I'm a trained classical singer and musician, 20+years onstage in musicals and opera and orchestra/chamber works, but have been playing and singing since I was a boy. I front a popular 80's cover band currently, but am looking to partner with another acoustic player/singer, and maybe a percussion player. Have connections for booking and promotion, currently gig solo on my acoustic, but know that with a good act and songlist, a lot more venues and better $$ would open up quickly. I cover almost every genre of music from the 50's to now... even play classical songs (Italian and French... there are venues for such things). But love classic rock, country rock, modern acoustic players like Jason Mraz, James Morrison, Jack Johnson, John Mayer (what's with all the J names, anyway?), and acoustic versions of contemporary rock like Finger 11, Stone Temple Pilots, Train, Nickelback, Bruno Mars, etc... Celtic music and rock... whatever it takes wherever it takes... I love it all.

Notte di luce/Nights In White Satin Genre: Classic Rock
Classical Rock, hehe. My own mashup of The Moody Blues alla Andrea Bocelli/Il Divo... Goes over well in any venue I perform it. And just a reminder to myself that I sang as a classical musician for many many years.

Great tune, beautiful words, whether you believe them or not. I grew up singing gospel songs and cantoring the liturgy, it's what made me a singer in the first place, and though you can take the boy out of the church, it's real hard to take the church out of the boy...
