ABOUT

I recently relocated to Orlando after living in Miami for 24 years. My musical career started in 1995 a few months after getting my first electric guitar. My first band was called Minimum Wage and was started in middle school with some of my best friends where I actually played the bass guitar. Minimum Wage then became United82 where I moved from bass guitar to rhythm guitar. United82 successfully recorded an album and an EP which you can hear in my profile. These songs were recording during our early high school years and at that time we had a blast playing in front of many of our school friends and around the South Florida scene. We were even fortunate enough to play with bands like New Found Glory, Limp, Midtown, and a few other national acts.

United82 separated after high school and I decided to start a new band called Polly Esther. We released an EP and got signed to a small label out of california called Missing Words Records. The EP did OK and allowed us to gather a decent following in South Florida which led to us going on a couple of Summer tours through the East coast and Midwest. We were also fortunate enough to play various Warped Tour dates all over the East Coast in 2001 and 2002 where we played with some of my idols. Polly Esther disbanded in 2003 and decided perhaps it was time to get a College degree which I focused on for a couple of years until I could no longer handle not being in a band. I played with a couple of bands around that time and finally got my degree while continuing to play shows around the South Florida area. In 2010 I formed Hit Play with a few of my friends from a previous band. Hit Play is still together but as we have gotten older and live in different areas of Florida it has become harder and harder to get together. Hit Play has released an EP and a full length album so far which you can listen to on our Spotify profile or other sites such as ://.cdbaby/Artist/HitPlay
