We 50+ age group. Occasionally Russ comes around... does a great job fronting the band with endless songs. His acoustic rhythms and vocals are great. My wife is learning drums and her beat is super steady. I have been playing lead 40 years and have spent way more time rolling through scales and developing my own styles than doing covers. I can work cover tunes out....mainly blues with some classic rock. Can't stand worn out standards and cover tunes like Brown Eyed Girl but I love playing so much I could stand it anyway. The scene here is cool. Volume is no issue with the neighbors on this one acre compound. Fire pit glows warm on Saturday nights and we are a subdued happy bunch.
