R Green Bio

Rogerick Green was born in San Antonio, TX. There in
Texas is where Rogerick developed his musical style
and skill. Rogerick has played with an array of music
artists and entertainers. Some of the Artists include;
Sly & Family Stones- Greg Errico and Cynthia Robinson,
Paco Gray, Gotee Records artists, DC Talk, The
Katina’s, Out of Eden, Bonnie Raitt, Tommy Boy
Records-Salt & Pepa, Esther Smith, Venard Johnson, the
O'neal Twins, Yolanda Adams, T.D. Jakes, Bema
Records-Emmanuel, Jesse Williams Jr., Deward Davis,
The Winans, Shirley Murdock, Without Walls
International Church, and Perco Loco All Stars
Album-"Pirates For a Day", National Football League
Productions.
Rogerick has also served as a Creative Director
with BEMA Records/ GoEl Productions- Managing a
variety of musical artists, projects, and marketing/
promotions. Other responsibilities included:
Coordinating annual budget for group travel and music
educations programs, Coordinating music projects,
supervised staff and oversaw operations/programs for
the Record Company. Also was influential in finding
Artists Record deals for artists outside of BEMA
Record label.

Rogerick's unique style is a result of listening
to and playing many types of music inclusive of
Gospel, Jazz, Fusion, Rock, R&B, and Blues. Gospel
music is and was the foundation for Rogerick's
playing. Self taught in the church as a child
Rogerick shares the same vision and platform with
other young people. Rogerick was the National
Spokesperson for the 'Boys and Girls Club of America'
Cultural Enrichment Music Program "Project Rhythm".
Rogerick's skills have been recognized by many within
the industry. This can be witnessed by testimonials
from such drum clinicians as Dom Famularo, Tony
Royster Jr., and others in projects performed on with
Rogerick.
Rogerick's playing has warranted endorsements
from several music companies. Some of the companies
that Rogerick has been an endorser of are Sabian
Cymbals & Pearl Drum Company. Rogerick is currently
an endorser of Paiste Cymbals and Vic Firth
drumsticks.


In addition to Rogerick being a professional
musician he was also a professional football player in
the NFL for 6 years. Many have thought in first
hearing of Rogerick's background in sports that maybe
he was just an athlete with aspirations of being a
music artist. Ten seconds of hearing Rogerick play the
drums and you instantly know that drums came well
before sports and the skills exemplified indicate a
high level of commitment to his craft. Rogerick's Football
