SEEKING
Band to Join.ABOUT
Just moving to the area. Have not played much in a number of years. Played professionally for 12 years in northeast and San Diego -- considered quite good; solid, not flashy. Will need some practice to get e.g., callouses and skills back in shape. Would like to play with some good musicians (better than myself of course) and could envision playing part time. Could potentially retire and play more if that were to come to pass -- maybe 50 to 100 gigs a year??? Don't necessarily want this to be a full-time career???

Influences
Have played a huge variety such as: Stones, Stevie Wonder, Dead, Orleans, Spiro Gyra, Allman Brothers Band, (gosh, many) classical, jazz, bluegrass, country, -- love a variety... I'd say I like McCartney, Entwhistle, Lesh, but I might say I play more like Duck Dunn. I do like to play melodically if it fits the song. Rock-solid foundation is the goal. Lousy singer, but I can try (you might not like it)
