Keyboards:
We are looking for a keyboard player that will cover material from the 70s to present day. Someone that will be able to do more than just great piano and B3 sounds. We need synth sounds too! ricksadeck at gee meal dot kom. GET IT?
Vocalist:
We are looking for a vocalist that will be our front person, male or female. You must have experience. This is a new band made up of seasoned musicians who have played in many area bands. The band consists of drums, bass and guitar. Presently, we all sing. However, we have found that a front person is necessary to cover different types of music and much better for the audience. In today's world, it is all about entertaining. Can you entertain and connect with your audience?
We can "cover" most any song. We put our spin on it and update it so it fits in the setting where we are playing. We play anything from 60s to present day. The set list will consist of whatever the singer brings to the table. The songs must be danceable or they will not be used.
You need a vocal range in a register that would allow you to sing Foreigner, Journey and Boston songs. We are not necessarily playing music from those bands but you must be able to hit high notes with ease.......that is the point I am trying to make. You must know the material so you can lead the band into the songs different parts as well as endings. You cannot be a tentative singer.
