I recently moved back to Oklahoma ( Broken Arrow/Tulsa area).
I write/record original music of various forms (songs, themes, underscores...)
So far, I have done this by myself but would like to explore the possibilities of working with local players for recording/performance of original tunes (mine or others). Additionally, I like to work on cover versions that stay true to the feel of the original but are arranged to provide unique renditions.
The number of genres these days is ridiculous, but I would say my core strengths are in pop/rock, blues, country...and variations thereof. I value things like melody, harmony, creativity, quality, positivity...and humor.
There are so many possible directions, but my immediate hope is to meet "kindred spirits" and learn about the Tulsa music scene and figure out if/how I can contribute.
