ABOUT

I'm an electrical engineer, software developer, audio engineer, and guitar player. I've been playing guitar since the third grade. I studied guitar and music production at Berklee: classes with Steve Vai, Scotty Johnson, and others. I was also awarded a scholarship from musician/producer Don Was. I have recorded demos for bands and worked with individual artists. I like playing all styles of rock: from Stones on my 5-string open-G Keith Richards-inspired Tele, playing Baritone on heavy Staind songs, to attempting to play Billy Gibbons-inspired slide and Eddie Van Halen's crazy harmonic-laden riffs. I've played in a few rock cover bands and I'm now looking to meet other musicians. I'm currently playing in a group looking for keyboard players, drummers, and vocalists (background and lead). I'm also available for recording or live sound engineering.

Custom-built MIDI Controlled Guitar Rig: Kemper Profiler, MOTU Mixer/Interface, SoundCraft Ui24R Digital Mixer with WiFi/tablet main/monitor mixing, 900MHz wireless in-ear monitors (x6), MIDI-controlled effects/guitar switching, TC Helicon Vocal channel, Atomic Reactor 50/50 Power Amp (external), 4x ElectroVoice ELX-112P speakers, ElectroVoice ELX-118P Sub, DMX lights/fixtures -- All MIDI controlled by Ableton LIVE and GigPerformer. Too many guitars to list! I also have a complete home recording studio (Ableton, Logic X, ProTools, Waves, Universal Audio, iZotope, SoundToys, Softube, Lexicon...many soft synths, Native Instruments, etc. etc.) with Adam A7X monitors.
