I mostly play finger style, occasionally will play hybrid picking. I like to use the slap/pick technique in my playing to get the percussive sound.
I am unsure if I want to join a band or not. I have been a "bedroom player" for most of my experience. I have played with friends and college roommates, but playing with a band is something I haven't done.
I use my looper and beat buddy to resemble the idea of being in a band.
