I have always enjoyed music and now that I have retired it is my time to have fun with it. I have not performed professionally - but have performed in a contest and at some open jam sessions. Would like to work in a band just for fun, and if it turns out that we get to be good and play gigs for money, that would be great too. Influences
Early rock - 60's and 70's - all the usual bands of that era - JImi Hendrix, Santana, Allman Brothers Band, Grand Funk, Pink Floyd, Traffic, Bad Company, Robin Trower, Dave Mason, Van Morrison, CCR, Leon Russell, Doobie Brothers, etc. Not into most of 80's music, but like some new rock that came out in late 90's and 2000s, such as Soundgarden, STP, Godsmack, Alice in Chains, Shinedown.

EQUIPMENT
I have musical equipment that I've tried to learn over the years but to no avail LOL!!! I just don't have that talent. I have a Yamaha Clavinova, a bass guitar, and an electric guitar. All of which I can play a little, but not very well. Now that I have more time, I will get back to working on those instruments.
