I play bass for fun on my downtime, gets old playing alone though. Typically nowadays I just plug it in on rocksmith and practice, now I'm looking for something to broaden my horizons, maybe ditch the pick and pick up slap-bass. Started with the flute in middle school band and switched to bass guitar in high school. I can read sheet music but I've never played improv or freestyle. A little tone deaf unfortunately but I know how to shred and have great rhythm.
