Hi all,
I'm a freelance grooveman working in Indianapolis, IN.
I've been dusting off my Bandmix profile because I'm creating my next band-project and I hope you'll consider taking part if you think you fit the bill.
The "vision" for this band-project is MAINLY COVERS (though we can absolutely start slipping in originals once we have some momentum) done mostly in a coffeehouse-style, chill-vibe, lounge-like feel, but of course we'll plan to bring the noise when it's appropriate.
The anticipated sound of this band-project will be something that inspires both relaxation and excitement--that is, something you can unwind and enjoy dinner/drinks to, or dance your ass off if you happen not to have work the next day kinda thing.
This band-project is intended to gig, preferably a few times per week and it is my aim that all members share in what earnings may come--and come they must, assuming we're doing our part (regular and intentional practice, executing good band strategy, etc.).
Everyone is of course welcome to reach out but, for clarity, I'm looking for a consistently professional, moonlighting musician who thinks about the band/gig first and their own preferences/artistic integrity second--IN ADDITION TO ability.
