The H Street Band needs: (1) a keyboardist, preferably with vocals (our last one just left for personal reasons having nothing to with the band), and (2) a sax player (new addition to the band). The rest of us are: two guitarists, bassist and me on drums. Strong lead and backing vocals. We're a happening band! We're doing the originals on the cd entitled Angels Are Around You (check out the songs on this site, or at www.HStreetBand.com and the covers on the Song List tab at the same website). Note: those are professional studio musicians on the cd - we're learning their parts like any other cover song we do, taking all the songs live, gigging 2-4x a month within driving distance of Huntington Beach. email me at: followyourplan@yahoo.com

I love the Rolling Stones (including those slow, bluesy tunes Keef loves to sing) and much, much more, including: Tom Petty, Springsteen, Sea Wolf, Coldplay, U2, Pink Floyd, Peter Gabriel, Pretenders, Counting Crows, Fleetwood Mac, Clapton, SRV, Credence Clearwater Revival, David Bowie, The Goo Goo Dolls, etc., anything click for you yet? etc., did I mention the Stones?). We've got a younger guy ni the band who's bringnig us current with contemporary cover songs and we're loving it - see the set list at www.HStreetBand.com They all got their party started and stuck with it - let us now do the same.
