ABOUT

Heyo! If you're reading this your pretty cool. My name's Tim, I've been learning/practicing/playing guitar for almost 2 years now. My current skill level is now at a point where I need to step outside backing tracks and loop pedals and start playing with other musicians. I can play rhythm very well and I know the names of the chords I am playing. If I need to know a special chord for a certain song I can usually master it within a day. I also can play lead and improvise, I know the entire Major/Minor Pentatonic and Mixolydian (Dorian etc.) scales over the entire fretboard by heart/ear. I'm not keen on music theory but I know if you were to tell me "Let's do a simple blues in the key of G" I would know to what scale to use and what root note to land on (the rest I can figure out by ear). I'm still learning and always will be. There is always another mountain to climb once you get to the peak of the hill. I'm hoping as musicians we share this same belief.
