Influences

Most requested songs from the last 60 years, pre-21st century. Generally what draws couples to the dance floor. Foxtrot, slower-swing, cha-cha, tango, Latin, bossa-nova, line-dance, country two-steps, occasional samba, shuffles, and 50's bebop. A warm sound and jazz style prevails in all the arrangements.

CALENDAR

Past Events

Several casuals appearances in last three months of this year. Nearly all in the San Diego North County. Looking for a regular drummer at this time. Has to be versatile, mature, enjoy more mature players to work
with.

Hey Bandmix Pals,
If you are not working on Aug 10th, come hear my trio in Imperial Beach. We are at the South Bay Lounge. Under new management, I have met them and I like what they are doing for the local area. There is some work there for good groups. Our Song (my group) is playing there this one time for ol'-times sake. We have very few public gigs, and this is a good one to enjoy our nostalgic viewpoint. Back to a time when there were 10 or 12 paying gigs in the south bay on any Friday or Saturday night. Yeah, we'll be playing some rock n' roll, country, standards and latin. It's only a $5 cover, and there is plenty of parking and security. If you don't like small-time venues you won't be unhappy. Hearing my Concerto D200 accordion is worth the admission.
