Influences
Easier to describe what I’m not : not metal, country, club, and not good enough to rap, though I find some of it interesting. Prefer instrumental but vocals are fine as long as the singers don’t suck and the lyrics aren’t drivel. I write a lot of lyrics.
I really would like to work with a drummer who can work in many styles.
E.g. Omar Hakim, Stuart Copeland, Manu Katche’, Larnell Lewis.
Also guitarist, keys, percussionist, and if we get to it, vocalist. I’ve never written for horns or strings but I hear them in my head on many of my projects.
