I played in a rock/blues band in the 80's. I cut off a finger and gave up guitar. During the pandemic I got out an old National bass and then bought a Fender American Pro II Jazz bass. I have been practicing some since and want to learn songs and play in a band for fun to touring. I am a retired school teacher.
