ABOUT
We're a well-respected cover band that's been around for a decade now (.usualsuspectsma), playing clubs and events throughout the Metro-west area. We have a great rehearsal space in Clinton, own our own PA, and have all professional gear. The lineup consists of 2 guitars, bass, keyboards and drums and lead singer. We try to select songs that audiences love, but don't necessarily hear many other bands covering - with a focus on multi-instrumentation and lots of harmony vocals.
We're all in our 40's and 50's and do this because we love it. Yes, we get paid for the shows we do, but it won't make you rich. A typical month consists of from 2-4 shows, and we like to rehearse once per week.
We are billed as a "classic rock" band, but we do play some newer material as well, trying to stick to the original arrangements/sounds. Some of the bands that we cover include: Styx, Muse, The Tubes, Peter Gabriel, The Cure, Steely Dan, REO Speedwagon, Night Ranger, Loverboy, Kansas, The Cars, Toto, Eagles, Head East, Pseudo Echo, J. Geils, and others...
