ABOUT

The Vintage Jazz Band plays music of the 1920's, 30's & 40's, all the classic pop/jazz song standards. We work from lead sheets and head arrangements. The ability to read music could be helpful, but isn't required. The group plays formal concerts at local public libraries, and performs shows for events and/or parties at municipal community rec centers, local hotels, restaurants and over-55 communities, as well as nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
