I am a singer/ songwriter looking to collaborate with open minds and determined yet non-competitive people. I work full-time and have a family, but if the chemistry and music are worth-while, I'll totally commit to it and work toward making a living. I’m good with playing live or recording music.
I am a non-smoker, drug-free, don’t drink, and generally easy going. I'm able to fiddle around on a piano, but my primary instrument is my voice. I am great at coming up with lyrics, melodies, and harmonies, and am really hoping to find someone who can/ will collaborate on songs, since my skills with other instruments are somewhat lacking.
I have a degree in voice performance, can sing around 2.5 octaves, but am not tied to opera or classical music (although I'm not against playing with that when the song/ ideas bend that direction). I've sung with several bands in the Cleveland area, collaborated with several bands nationally (goth, rock, synthpop, electronic, and shoegaze). I’ve also performed with Opera Cleveland and the Cleveland Orchestra Opera, and have a profound love for dreamy and/ or intricate guitars/ strings, and percussive backdrops, harmonies, and layers of sound. I don’t mind doing covers, but have zero desire to be in a cover band.
I’ve sung most of my life, and really would love to make a living at it. Finding others with whom I can collaborate and create amazing songs would be a dream come true.
I’m inclusive to the Nth degree btw, so if you’re racist, anti-lgbtq+, misogynistic, a nationalist, or anything along those lines, please don’t bother responding to my profile.
