I play trumpet and am the bandleader for a group called TOMCATZ-BAND. We are a (9) piece jazz/pop band. Our book consists of tunes by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Brian Setzer & His Orchesta, Cherry Poppin Daddys, Ray Charles, Michael Buble and Harry Connick Jr - very cool stuff. As well, we also do tunes by Clifford Brown, Stan Kenton & Buddy Rich. Also, some originals. We do a mix of both vocals and instrumentals. Since we do have charts for everything, you would need to be able to be a good reader. Looking for good, energetic players.
We are a professional, gigging group that rehearses Monday evenings at 7:30 - 9:30 in Port Richey.
