I'm looking to start or join a death metal band. I've been playing the bass guitar for around 6 years on and off. I have a heavy music background as I was in band from grades 6-9 (Tuba) and Orchestra from grades 10-11 (Stand up bass). I started off playing drums but slowly leaned towards the bass guitar after a few years.
I was born and raised in a metal household, everything from the British invasion of Iron Maiden and Judas Priest to the glam of Motley Crue and RATT to the thrash of old school Metallica and Anthrax. Metal is in my blood. Over the years I have refined my preference to the technical, heavy and dark side of metal.

EQUIPMENT
As of right now all I have is a couple bass guitars and a practice amp. Once the whole band thing is an actual reality I will invest in proper amp equipment.
