Pre-Covid I played in a Christian band doing some worship music but also did some contemporary Christian rock and some original blues; played out once per month to audiences of 30 to 100+. Looking to join and/or form a band that has more of a punchy, edgy direction (hard rock, driving electric blues, progressive rock, see influences below). My "specialties" are blues / rock lead improv, slide guitar and driving rhythm guitar work. My focus is on having fun with like minded musicians, but also more than willing to work hard to pull a gig worthy band together ... especially if the band seeks to reach out in compassion to those in need (such as addiction recovery groups, fundraisers, etc) . More interested in improv and original material than in covering famous bands / songs (though a blend of these 2 viewpoints is fine with me). Fully vaccinated and boosted as well!!!
