- have their own full kit
- own transportation
- have (or will get) a passport
- must have like-minded goals
- music theory
- understands position/roll/rhythm section/pocket/groove
- fast learner
- easy going
- age 21+ (Preferred)
- good communication
- good stage presence n showmanship
- day job (with reasonable ability to get away for practices n shows)
- be able to make practices and band related events
- stays in good communication
- help & promote at all times for the band, label staff, promoters management & other business partners
